A coating is only as good as what stands behind it. Every CeramiX application includes a written guarantee, free yearly inspections and complimentary accident cover.

Every CeramiX application includes the three guarantees below, in writing, for every vehicle.

Written Guarantee

Every coating includes a written guarantee: 5 years on Crystal, 9 years on Ultra. Coverage applies to coating performance, gloss retention and surface bonding.

Yearly Inspection

Free for the life of the guarantee. Bring your vehicle in and we'll inspect the coating's condition and walk you through how to keep it performing at its best. Entirely optional, not a requirement to keep the guarantee active.

Accident Cover

If a panel is repaired or replaced through insurance during the guarantee, we re-coat it at no cost. Protection continues exactly as it was on day one.

Full transparency. Below is what's protected, and the boundaries we ask you to be aware of.
Covered
  • Installation quality

    Any problems caused by improper application, uneven coverage or technician error are fully corrected at no cost.

  • Coating performance

    Premature failure, loss of gloss or clarity, and inconsistent protection across panels.

  • Continued protection

    The coating retains its protective performance under normal use and care, throughout the guarantee period.

  • Surface bonding

    Defects preventing proper adhesion of the coating to the clear coat.

  • Hydrophobic restoration

    If water repellency fails due to coating breakdown, the surface is restored to spec.

Outside coverage
  • Damage from improper washing (automatic brushes, abrasive mitts)
  • Scratches, chips or impact damage
  • Normal loss of beading from contamination (rather than coating failure)
  • Non-original owners (guarantee is non-transferable)

The guarantee requires reasonable maintenance: pH-neutral wash products and non-abrasive technique. Full aftercare guide supplied at handover.
